Julie Shaffer, FNP-C, a certified family nurse practitioner and a member of the gastroenterology team, diagnoses and treats patients suffering from digestive conditions including liver disorders, irritable bowel syndrome, acid reflux and other digestive disorders.
Shaffer received her bachelor's degree and master's degree in nursing from the University of Saint Francis. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked in endoscopy, emergency, urgent care and med/surgery settings.
