Krishnan Ramani, MD
Dr. Ramani earned a medical degree from Madras Medical College, an affiliate of the University of Madras, in Chennai, India. He completed an internal medicine internship and residency as well as a cardiology fellowship at Detroit Medical Center, Wayne State University in Detroit. Prior to the cardiology fellowship, Dr. Ramani was chief resident at John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, an affiliate of the Wayne State University School of Medicine.
Dr. Ramani, who is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease, has special interests in transcatheter closure of patent foramen ovale, atrial septal defects and management of adult congenital heart diseases. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology, the Indiana State Medical Society and the Fort Wayne Medical Society.
