A board-certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner, Marena Arnold, N.P., joined the advanced heart failure team at Lutheran Health Physicians in August 2015. Prior to joining Lutheran Health Physicians, she was the heart failure coordinator for the heart failure program at Lutheran Hospital. She also worked as registered nurse in the cardiac telemetry/advanced cardiac therapy unit at Lutheran.
Arnold graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne with an associate degree in nursing in 2007, a bachelor's in nursing in 2009 and a master's in nursing/adult-gerontology nurse practitioner in 2014.
Arnold is a former clinical and didactic nursing instructor at MedTech College in Fort Wayne, where she taught anatomy and physiology, pharmacology and medical-surgical nursing courses.
