Keith J. Derickson, M.D., joined Lutheran Health Physicians in July 2013. A Fort Wayne native, Dr. Derickson received a bachelor's degree with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2006.
Dr. Derickson has served in multiple leadership roles. He was co-chief resident at FWMEP in his third and final year. Both during and since his residency, he has served on various hospital committees at St. Joseph, Lutheran and Dupont hospitals, working diligently to optimize the quality of patient care. He is also a preceptor to medical and nurse practitioner students at all stages of their training.
Dr. Derickson enjoys practicing broad-spectrum family medicine including, providing care to newborns, children and adults of all ages and condition of health. His privileges at local hospitals allow him to maintain continuity of care by following his patients even in the event of hospitalization.
