Sadie S. Kintz, R.N., N.P., joined Lutheran Health Physicians in 2004. Prior to joining LHP, she was a nurse practitioner at Psychiatric Care and a registered nurse at Parkview Hospital, both in Fort Wayne, IN.

Kintz graduated from the University of Saint Francis with a bachelor's degree in nursing in 1999 and a master's in nursing in 2002.
